Once your Custom Content agreement is signed and activated, you will have access to the Custom Content platform. This is where you submit briefs, review status of briefs, review images and video created and download the content.

- Sign in customcontent.gettyimages.com
- Your login credentials may be the same ones as you use on gettyimages.com
- If you forgot your password, please reset on gettyimages.com or via the Forgot Password link.
- If you require a new account created for you or one of your colleagues, let our team know on customcontent@gettyimages.com - or if you have Administrator rights on your Getty Images account, you can do that through your Company Account.
Download and View Access
- There are two types of user access for Custom Content.
- Download Access means you can submit briefs, favorite images or videos, comment on them and download.
- We also have View Access – those users can favorite and leave comments but cannot download or submit briefs. This could be useful for different types of stakeholders.
- If you would like any additional users to be set up with a particular type of access, you can either do that via the Admin panel on your Getty Images account (see how to do it here), or ask our team to assist on customcontentsupport@gettyimages.com
Agreement overview
When you login, you’re able to view your agreement at a glance: how many briefs and how many downloads you have remaining.
Language
You can change the display language of the platform to one of 12 supported languages.

Brief status
Different colors indicate different brief status, for easy tracking. If the brief is in production, you will be able to see the expected delivery date. If it has been delivered, you will see how many days are left to complete your downloads.
